vga board dubhe 4b02 V1.4 for Daytek VPM 4206

I am looking for a vga board dubhe 4b02 V1.4. It was inside a Daytek Plasma TV VPM 4206. The tv shows only white screen. Like it matters I can use the vga port or scart connector or antenna input the screen always shows white screen. The buttons in front are not working. When I push the menu button it doesn't happen anything. When I push the volume buttons the screen will be narrower.
The buttons in front are connected to the vga board. So I think, the board is broken.
