I am using a SCART to HDMI Converter to watch VHS tapes on my Smart TV. It works very well. But when I connect the HDMI to my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card on my PC, the PC System does not detect it albeit it is switched on and playing. The HDMI port on the PC is tested and is not faulty. The PC system is state of the art and is used extensively for other video capture, editing and producing. There might be a science I am missing here. Any suggestions appreciated.
