Temporarily jump across the fuse terminals with a piece of wire - it probably has more problems than just a blown fuse, as in the case of lightning, that fuse won't blow nearly fast enough to protect anything. But the quick jumper wire will at least tell you if the machine will work with a new fuse. My guess is "probably not, but maybe". If not, throw it in the dumpster, it would be more expensive to fix than buying a new one. . . .
