RCA VCR Help	Can't Post

I have an RCA, Four Head, Hi-Fi VCR and for some reason it won't play tapes. I put a tape in there and everything is fuzzy. I know everything is hooked up correctly, and the VCR is only one year old. Can someone please help?

Is there sound, if so could be a dirty head. try using a cleaning tape. A good one to use is the tape made by Scoth, you may have to make several passes depending how bad the heads are clogged.
