Anyone know the names to these 2 shows?

Hi, I am trying to find out the names of 2 programmes I used to watch on CITV, the first I remember very little about, it envoved a few kids, and in one episode a character called Pike, who had some sort of fish mutation on his neck lol. I remember an advert for it showed a freaky clockwork orange style guy and that 'girls and boys come out to play' kids song in the background. I don't remember anything else from it though :(
The second was a short series on CITV again, of scary stories. It was called something like Frighteners, and i remember 2 stories, one envolved a girl who found fairies at the bottom of the garden and she catches loads and puts them in rabbit hutches. But the fairies are evil anddo some sort of curse on the family and they all start changing into fairies themselves. The other story involved a girl who meets a boy with a deformed hand, and he says he wants to be reborn and to do so he has to kill someone, he kills her by pushing her off a swing and at the end you see a new born little boy which is the guy, and he see the girl he killed in the mirror watching him.
They don't sound great thinking back , but if anyone knows what i'm on about please help me out with anymore info.
