Old show, can't remember what it's from..

Well I'd first like to say hi :) new to the forums. secondly, I'd like to ask... Does anyone remember a show(really more of an episode) of a show that *may* have been twilight-zone.. the episode had an older woman, widowed. She starts getting phone calls, no one says anything first few times then eventually the person on the other end starts talking. It ends up to be her passed husband. A phone line fell onto his grave and allowed him to talk to her from the beyond. In the very end she's sad that she told the 'stranger' to never call again.
Any help is much appreciated.. this is making me crazy as I've been making a list of dvd's to buy(go new job..) and I'd like whatever series this was from to be on the list xD!
