1. Valid Information

(a). All users shall provide accurate information.

(b). A user shall not use another persons name or information to create an account on any OfferCentric web site, i.e. A user may not signup for another person.

2. User Accounts

(a). A user must be currently living and be joining from within the United States or Canada.

(b). A user must be 18 years or older.

(c). There may not be more than one account per household per OfferCentric web site. A household includes your mailing address, and may include your IP address. Joining an OfferCentric site using a shared computer or shared internet access such as those found at a school, place of business or public location is not advisable as this may result in you having the same IP address as other users which may lead to disqualification. If you wish to join using a campus internet connection, please check to make sure you will have a unique IP address. We suggest that you use your own personal computer and internet service provider.

(d). A user may not have multiple accounts at multiple shipping addresses or IP addresses on the same OfferCentric web site. i.e. A user may not use multiple addresses to receive free gifts or use multiple computers, internet service providers or IP addresses to create multiple accounts.

3. Cancellation of Account

(a). A user may not cancel his/her account; If a user no longer wishes to be a member of this web site, the user must simply stop using his or her account.

4. Security

(a). Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts. A user should not share their account information with others and is responsible for keeping their password secure. OfferCentric is not liable for any lose due to the theft or misuse of your account or it's information.

(b). Any unauthorized use or entry into an OfferCentric web site is illegal and will result in the offender being punished to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Damages

(a). Signing up as a member of this web site waives any claim for damages, whether direct or indirect, consequential, or punitive, which you may have against OfferCentric, and you agree to hold harmless and indemnify OfferCentric from any such claim for damages regardless of cause.

1. Eligibility to receive a free gift.

(a). A user must do the following to receive a free primary gift from psps4free.com .

i. A user must complete 1 offer. This includes verification from our offer providers.

ii. Refer at least 5 unique people who sign up and properly complete 1 offer under the terms listed above.

(b). A user must do the following to receive a free bonus gift from psps4free.com .

i. A user must have met all qualifications to receive a free primary gift.

ii. A user must complete 1 additional offer. This includes verification from our offer providers.

iii. Refer at least additional unique people who sign up and properly complete 1 offer under the terms listed above.

iv. A user must order their bonus gift at the same time as ordering their primary gift.

(b). We will only give credit for referrals who sign up under your referral link; Some applications can remove the tracking part of the URL. Users assume this risk.

(c). Users may only receive 1 free primary gift and 1 free bonus gift per account and household per OfferCentric web site.

(d). The requirements to receive free gifts from other OfferCentric web sites may vary.

2. Receipt of Free Gifts

(a). This web site does not guarantee the receipt of any product regardless of offers completed or referrals. All users are subject to fraud verification before receiving any gifts.

(b). We will take measures to ensure a timely receipt of product, But does not guarantee the delivery time or availability of the product.

(c). Depending on the value of the gift(s) you recieve from any OfferCentric web sites, you may be required to claim the value of the gift(s) as taxable income to your state department of taxation and the IRS. You assume full responsibility to ensure that the proper state/federal taxes are paid on any gift(s) recieved from any OfferCentric web sites.

3. Delivery

(a). All orders are mailed to the address specified when the product is ordered. It is the user’s responsibility to make sure this address is correct. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to but not limited to, theft, loss, incorrect address, or mishandling with the delivery.

(b). If a user does not receive a product, and has waited over 15 days from the time the gift was shipped, he/she should contact OfferCentric and confirm that their shipping address was correct. In the event that the gift was lost, OfferCentric will take reasonable effort to replace it if necessary.

(c). Any order that was shipped with a tracking number, OfferCentric will not resend. In the case of an gift being lost, a user may only receive a replacement gift.

(d). Gifts on our web sites may be new or refurbished, but never used. If a gift is refurbished it will come with a complete warranty specified by the manufacturer.

4. Order Cancellation

(a). An order may be cancelled if it hasn't been shipped yet, Cancellations are to be made by contacting us via our customer service form by clicking here.

5. Availability of Products

(a). We are not responsible for the availability of a product, A product may be from time to time backordered, In this case, We do not guarantee delivery in a timely matter.

(b). We reserve the right to change or remove any free gift offered on any of our web sites at any time. If a free gift is replaced by a different gift, the new gift may not be of equal value to the gift being replaced.

6. Return Policy

(a). OfferCentric does not guarantee any product a user receives.

(b). In a case where the wrong gift is shipped, We will take our best efforts to replace the gift.

(c). If a product is found to be defective, the user should consult the warranty information included with the product. We are not responsible for the replacement or repair of defective gifts.

7. Terms of the $20 cash signup bonus

(a). $20 will be paid to all users who join between 5/3/2005 and 5/17/2005, complete all requirements to qualify for a free gift and pass the approval process.

(b). The $20 cash signup bonus will be paid via PayPal. Users who qualify will be asked for their PayPal user name when placing their order.

1. Completion

(a). A user may complete any number of offers per OfferCentric web site; Users will receive credit for completing when the advertiser provides verification of the offer completion. OfferCentric and our advertisers reserve the right to deny the user a completion due to fraudulent activity and/or suspect accounts.

(b). We are not responsible for denial of offer credit due to inadequate and/or inaccurate information.

(c). A completed offer may be reversed if the advertiser reverses verification of the offer.

(d). Any disputes over completion of an offer must be taken up directly with the advertiser.

(e). A user will not receive credit for completing the same offer more than once and may not have more than one account complete the same offer
regardless of whether it is the user or someone else complete ting the offer. Furthermore, anyone completing an offer from an OfferCentric
web site must be a unique customer to the advertiser which the offer is for. Any user completing the same offer more than once or having more
than one account completing the same offer will be disqualified.

(f). A user may only complete offers under their own account(s).

(g). To receive credit for completing an offer, a user must click the "I have completed this offer button" immediately after completing the offer, failure to do so will result in not receiving credit for completing that offer.

(h). Offers must be completed by clicking the offer link provided on each OfferCentric web site. Users may not go directly to the URL provided on the web site by pasting or typing it into their browser or through other means which allows a user to access the advertiser web site without clicking the link from an OfferCentric web site.

2. Failure to receive credit for an offer

(a). OfferCentric does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for completing an offer. Whether a user receives credit for completing an offer is at the sole discretion of the advertiser/merchant providing the offer.

(b). We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for a user to receive credit for completing an offer, this is at the sole discretion of our affiliates and can vary.

(c). Users are responsible for keeping all emails sent by affiliates with regards to completing offers.

3.Terms of Offers

(a). We do not take responsibility for the terms & conditions of any of affiliated web sites. We are not responsible for contracts between the user and offer provider.

4. Terms of "Cash Back" Offers

(a). Users completing offers labeled as having a "Cash Back" rebate are entitled to the advertised amount of the rebate only if they successfully complete the offer as outlined in section III - 1 of these terms & conditions.

(b). Users do not have to qualify for a free gift to receive a "Cash Back".

(c). If a user's account is disqualified for any reason, they will not be entitled to any "Cash Back" rebates, even if they have successfully completed an offer which has a "Cash Back" rebate.

(a). We reserve the right to screen all referrals for signs of fraud. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine which referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind this decision in order to protect our verification methods.

(b). If we suspect a user of fraud, his or her account will be null and void, and all efforts to receive a free gift are non-transferable. This includes all referrals and offer completions.

1. Common reasons for account disqualification:

(a). Multiple accounts.

(b). Fraudulent referrals.

(c). Negative feedback from any of our affiliates, or offers being immediately canceled.

(d). More than one account at a users shipping address.

(e). Sending your referral link to others in an unsolicited or excessive manner (this includes but is not limited to: email, instant messages or chat rooms) or posting your referral link in newsgroups or online forums where not allowed.

(f). Posting information on a web site, forum, or auction relating to canceling offers, including cancellation phone numbers, cancellation time frames, and any encouragement or direction to cancel the offers after signing up with them.

(g). The use of any software, hardware, service or technique to hide or disguise your identity or IP address is not allowed. This includes the use of any proxy server/service which is not part of your internet service provider. Furthermore, using an internet service provider whose purpose is to provide anonymous internet access is not allowed.

2. Additional Terms of account disqualification:

(a). We reserve the right to disqualify a user's account at any time should they be in violation of any of the terms & conditions outlined in this document.

(b). We are not responsible for notifying a user that his or her account has been disqualified.

(c). If an account is disqualified for any reason, All orders will be cancelled.

(d). If a user feels that he or she has been disqualified due to a mistake or misunderstanding, he or she may contact us via our web site. We do not guarantee any user will be able to get their hold/disqualified status reversed.

(f). We reserve the right to follow up legally on fraudulent activities.

(g). If a user has accounts on more than one OfferCentric web site and any of the user's accounts are disqualified due to fraudulent actions, all of the users accounts on all other OfferCentric web sites will also be disqualified.

(h). We are not obligated to fully disclose the reasons for a disqualification if doing so may compromise our fraud detection methods.

(i). This agreement may be terminated by OfferCentric, for any reason, with or without cause, at any time.
