Cops - Fox Television program no longer available in Australia

hello folks,
I live in Australia, and have been watching the Fox program "Cops" for many years on our Channel Ten network. After about ten years, they stopped airing it around about March 2007. I then was able to watch it as WNYW Fox 5 Television New York was streaming their program content online. Unfortunately they stopped streaming their signal around about November last year. I've just checked the Fox on Demand site, but can't seem to watch it, as it blocks viewer out side of the united states.
I saw that I can download the program from Direct to Drive, but I'm certainly not going to pay for my television viewing (murdoch can go and jump)
So, does anyone know of what fox television stations are still streaming on the net, or any other way I can get to watch Cops?
