Is TV Dead? Can't Post

I was wondering if TV was dead since the introduction of Online Games?

I know I do not watch much TV at all now that I am in the 'grip' of online games.... I spend all my free time online and only rent the occasional DVD.

Anyone else got an opinion?

Agree. With the gaming community growing and more people getting into it, TV is blaaah. But you still have the oldies who watch all their favorite shows. Housewives rank up all the daytime ratings with their soaps. HaHa. Cool

Yeah, I agree too. All my time goes to HW and gaming now. Smile

TV isn't the same anymore if u ask me. All I watch now (if I get the chance) is documenatry stuff on PBS and I watch ancient British comedy on PBS, lol.SmileSly

TongueI think tv is dead...I like the action adventure shows but the networks say it

costs a lot to film outside ( plus all the other problems). I don't get it..why do

they pay some of these tv actors a million $ per year? I think the money should

be spent on production. I get tired of watching these stupid sitcoms that take

place on a phony looking set.

I strongly agree with your comment and i think Technology is taking us to new levels and the older levels are slowly slowly getting faded out... Also that there is now a broad range of things to do online and you arnt really limited to one thing... hello, my name is boof. i'm here to speak for all of those who agree with me. so dont think i'm cocky or anything cuz afterall im really a nice guy, if u met me ...you'd like me. some of you wonder if the online community has really killed the tv as entertainment. but the real question is what did the two really have an impact on us. the first thing i would say is the online community has killed our wonderful thing wee call lifestyle. only television educated us to be more fashionable, charismic and (heres a word i love) creative. i'm sad to say the online community sheilded us from the actual effort in meeting people or pursuing a healthy fun relationship with live people. television is not dead for those like me. still to this day i learn more on television and i would humbly suggest more people to check out this real fun tv show i fell in love with called GOOD GIRLS DONT. its on the oxygen channel on the weekend nights. check it out sometime...i'm sure you would love it. so remember... if more people decide to ignite a new revolution, it would be ending the online community and start WATCHING TV and reenact what you just learned. love ya all, this is boof signing out.
