55 inch philips, Sounds but no picture.

I have a 55 inch philips.
It was given to me for free because it has no picture. Has sound.
model number is 55wbhdls2k3rc
I checked the fuses inside of it and they are fine. TVs are not my strong point. I was reading that it could be the flyback or something like that. I know what it is, how do i test it? and how do i discharge it? Its pretty self explanatory on replacing it.
Just trying not to get electrocuted.
