Great reality show, but people are missing the benefit

As a college student who will be graduating soon, I have found all of The Apprentice shows beneficial. Yes, one is like the other. It's described as a
Job Interview. People are missing the point when they fixate on 1 single person.
I watch The Apprentice to
see what mistakes the person makes in that task, and WHY they were fired. Erin trying to charm her way out of being fired, was
totally off the mark. One thing which I've learned in school, is to know your audience or market. What part of Trump looks like
he'd fall for that? I've also learned from watching that I would not want Trump as an employer. Still a good teaching aid though.
