RCA P45730WK Won't power on please help!!!!	Can't Post

I have a RCA P45730WK 46 inch tv that will not power on. Have the service man tell me that the power supply and regulation circuit is bad and needs replace.

Is it possible to replace myself? If so, what parts would I need and where would I be able to purchase them at?

Do you know how to solder & unsolder components? Do you have a soldering iron and solder wick? Do you have a voltmeter? If "no" to any of these questions call a tech, if the answer is yes to all of them access to parts is easily found on the web, you need to purchase the service manual so you can list part numbers you need to order once someone tells you which parts are bad, Larry E
