Sony KP41T65 lines making picture blury

I have a Sony KP41T65 projection TV.....it just developed lines in the picture that makes it blury, it does clear up for a few minutes then goes back. the color is fine. Some channels are worse then others and sometimes sound has static in it too. I am running off of cable TV also.
Does anyone know what this might be?
