No power, relays click and let power through. The stand buy led blinks 6 times. Before this the convergence was out and I replaced the stk's, one 3.14a pico fuse (near stk.) and a 5a pico fuse on G board (-22v). Powered up the set and got the error code. I then took some voltage measurements. The B+ is only 52v. I have no 6v,22v ,-22v. IC6003 pin 14,15,16 have 3v, and pin18 has 92v. The manual says I have ovp 5v on A/B boards. With no 6v feeding the 5v regulator I would think this error code would come up, but Iam not to sure of myself. Any help would be great.

Hmm, I'd start with the STKs since it didn't get blinks until then. I take it you replaced with same value stks and fuses? I'd also look for solder bridges, go back through and check each solder connection. I use a small thin flat head screwdriver and scrape around each pin to make sure some didn't go where it's not supposed to. Recheck all the connections (plugs) to make sure you didn't miss one.
