Sony Videoscope XBR buzzing noise, speakers dont work.

When I turn on my TV it makes a loud buzzing noise, picture works fine, but no sound. Did I blow a fuse, or is the amplifier busted? How can I tell the diff? What does the fuse look like and where can I purchase a replacement?
