Well, there are several online sites from where you can buy new TV as well as can sell a broken one. Just make sure to specify that your TV is broken in description as well as in the heading like you have mentioned in this thread.

I guess on olx or any other website like this one. There are plenty of people coming to these websites daily and there is every chance that you will get a buyer for your broken TV from such website.
