mitsubishi vs-7004r sound but no picture

hi i have a mitsubishi vs-7004r wwith sound but no picture. The power supply outputs 130 volts dc by following the test procedure for bench testing. It dosent power up in the set .
I have a set of schematics but I really cant test anything without jumping out the relay for the 130 volts.and I wouldnt want to cause further damage. Any suggestions?
