Cyberhome DVD320 Disk Tray Not Opening Can't Post
On turn on found 2 month old Cyberhome DVD320 disk tray not opening. Just heard whirring sound of constant motor drive. Visual inspection found broken, tray drive, gear belt (small rubber band). Customer service reported no replacements available for shipping, requested I ship unit in.This appears ridiculous for an easily replaceable belt. Any U.S.source of replacement belts for this DVD unit ASAP is appreciated. Thanks

Why bother? $24.00 for a brand new? however if you're precise with the belt problem, remove it and refer it to any technician available to your area. They should sell one for you.
