Help me!!!Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 amazing problem	Can't Post

Hello guys, I have Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD player DEAD,When give power supply, Orange light only glowing,when try to press standby key that light glowing RED colour then comeback orange Tray not open Give me ur suggestions here

If it's DEAD: 2 electrolytics on the power supply board bad!
C10 2200ufd 10volt (use 16volt) &
C11 1000ufd 10volt (use 16volt).

Already changed this two electrolytics still same,output volatges are fine(+5V and +12V)

if you can find the part, all you need is replace the whole dvd assembly. Aint nothing wrong with the electronics.
