Nissan DVD Player DV-100S

I have a Nissan DVD Player which has a multi card reader and expandible to other features/functions.
The problem with this DVD is:
1. The video display is shifting
2. Does not read any DVD however does read CD and Memory Cards.
Is it worth to take for repair?
