Sharp DV-SL16 DVD	Can't Post

This Sharp is Dead! No display, Drawer wont open, No power, No secondary Voltages, any stock faults with the PSU. It comes from a childrens ward at Newcastle Hospital and its in the electronics dept. It's been 10 years since I left the TV trade You get a little rusty!!! Any help would be appreciated.

check this

check / replace the opto coupler and reference i.c 1006, both most definitely faulty. Also changed the fet 2sk3566, d1012 1n4148 and q1003 ktc3199.
