42hd43a blue convergence will not move

I just had my new convergence ics put in. I used my charter remote and programed it to my samsung. When i turned the tv everything looked good. I tried to clean thing up and went to the convergence setting and it went back to blury again. I got the red lines to line up to the yellow but when i switch to the blue side they wont move. Is it the TV or the remote. I ordered a Samsung remote and will try again. Im wondering if i should not order more convergence ics again and start over.
