720P vs 1080P Can't Post

I'm trying to get a new tv that is between that is between 26-32 inches. I'd really like to get one that is 1080P.

I have been looking online and I have found that the majority of HDTVs that are between 26-32 are 720 P and the ones that are 1080P are waaaaaayyy more expensive. Is this the general trend that everyone has been noticing? Or have I just been looking in the wrong places?

I was wondering if there is any difference between 720P and 1080P when you are talking about HDTVs that are between 26-32 inches? I talked to a guy at best buy and he told me that t.v. screens which are relatively small, you will not notice the difference in quality. But I've had bad experiences at best buy. So I thought I'd ask on here and get people's opinion.

Is there really a difference between 720P and 1080P at that size? And is that why HDTVs at that size range are mostly 720P?

Any input would be much appreciated!

Re: [Habibrobert] 720P vs 1080P [In reply to] Can't Post

A 720p vs. 1080p comparison is a major consideration when buying an HDTV. I would like to share that 1080p is currently the highest video resolution available for consumers and thats why they are bit more expensive than 720p TVs.
