Buying new TV	Can't Post

Hey guys,

I'm asking your opinion on these 2 TV's

Dynex® - 32" Class / 720p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV Bestbuy- 300$

Emerson 32" 720p 60Hz HDTV LCD TV, LC320EMX Walmart- 350$

What are your guys opionons on these? I will be using this strictly for my Xbox360 and DVD player.
