Can I use earphones with my TV? Can't Post

Hi, I'm new to this site, and uninformed, so bear with me. I have a Samsung TV, several years old. The manual doesn't tell me what I need to know. I want to watch TV with earphones and cut off the speaker sound at the same time. This will require an extension cord (I don't want wireless) so I can be on my treadmill while I watch.
I don't find a connector on the back of the TV that's labled as an earphone plug. I'd like to know what to do..
Thanks,
Ray Mac

fud2468;....

I do not work on LED , LCD or Plasma TVs...
But , IF there's NO earphone jack or speaker jacks on the set , then you'll have to get a TV repair tech to check & see IF you could add wiring for a headphone to the insides of the TV...
Can not be done on all sets made these days...
Since there's nothing in your manual & no jack , chances are that that set may not be feasable to modify for a jack....Unsure....

GOOD LUCK....Sly....

Have a GREAT day & weekend...Sly..
