DirectTV HD24 error 771A	Can't Post

Hello all, today a DirectTV technician installed a new coax outlet on the other side of my living room so we could move the tv (and receiver) to the opposite wall. Now that I have moved the receiver, I can't watch tv. I get the error "Problem communicating with the satelite, error 771A. Now, none of my tv's work. I have a tech scheduled to come out on Friday, but would love some troubleshooting things I could check for myself?

So far I have done the following:Plug the SWM power inserter into the wall, instead of a power strip
Tried power cycling the receiver

someone on another forum was able to help me out. For anyone else that runs into the same problem, you need to leave your SWM Power Inserter in the original location, as it is plugged into a special port to the SWM splitter. Then, plug a coax cable from your newly installed outlet to the SAT 1 plug on the receiver, and voila!
