HDTV Comparison/Pick ?	Can't Post

I am comparing HDTVs that I can select from a company award program. I requested more info. on resolutions, (720/1080) ?
I earlier ruled out a 32"Westinghouse LCD as inferior.
Please send me your opinions on these HDTVs.
I would have to pay the cost over my award limit of $1000.
Everything is marked up extremely high. I believe the Samsung is the highest, Sharp next, then Panasonic the less.

32 “ Screen, Panasonic LCD Wide Screen HDTV

32” Screen, Samsung LCD Wide Screen HDTV

32: Screen, Sharp Aquos LCD Wide Screen HDTV

Would any of these be ok for an average size living room?
I have an old toshiba 31" (big square) screen TV that has been great for 15 yrs.

Any 32" 720p LCD flat panel only costs less than $800, so I wouldn't pay anything for those sets.

If you are going to spend any money out of your pocket - 32" is small to me for a family room , I would suggest 42"-50" .

I am thinking the same way that 32" HDTV is too small for the size room that I have and for me to pay $250 above the award limit is a waste when 32" HDTVs are priced now under $600.

If you are looking for something in the 1000 dollar range. I would look into a Mitsubishi DLP good tv bang for the buck. Just a thought. You could also find something in the 50 or bigger range for that amount of money

I can't speak to the other two, but my girlfriend has that Samsung and loves it.

They do make a good TV. A lot better than Phillips. I would say check out pioneer if you can find something in your price range there. They make a really good set.
