Insignia or Samsung?

I went to buy a 32" TV from Bestbuy but of course they were out of stock of the Samsung one that I originally wanted, so I figured I'd pick up the Insignia 32" of the same price and try it out. I do know that in general Samsung's are typically better than Insignia as it has a better name. But according to the specs the Insignia is actually better. I don't know a whole lot about TVs so if anyone knows which I should get that would be awesome.
