Looking for an LED TV. Help!

Hello forum! I am currently on the hunt for a nice LED TV and I was hoping you all could assist me. I feel very taken advantage of with retail companies using sleazy marketing tactics and I don't feel like I have fully gotten my foot in the door with the research I have done and the websites I have visited. Things I am looking for:
- LED
- 37" to 42"
- 1080P
- 120HZ
- S/PDIF
- Nothing with smart TV functions. I don't want anything with Netflix, or Pandora, or Youtube, nothing that has built in WIFI.
- Under $800.00
- Nothing bargain/3rd party brand. Looking specifically for Middle to Top Tier brands.
