My Panasonic Plasma 50” HDTV Settings 4a Crisp Pic

If you like crisp vivid HD colors without the glare try these settings:
Select Menu on your remote, select Picture mode: Custom or Vivid
Contrast = +47
Brightness = +46
Color = +50
Tint = +14 or your choice
Sharpness = +40
Color temp. = Cool2
Color mgmt. = On
C.A.T.S. = Off
Video NR = Strong
Under Advanced picture:
3D Y/C filter = Off (grayed out)
Color Matrix = HD (grayed out)
Block NR = On
Mosquito NR = On
Black level = Light (grayed out)
3:2 pulldown = On
24p Direct in = 60Hz (grayed out)
These settings for TV stations broadcasting in 1080i give excellent viewing results. Stations broadcasting in 720p look great. Stations broadcasting in 480i...good.
I hope these settings enhance your HDTV viewing experience as they did mine. Took a little time with trial and error.
