My samsung HCN5529WX/XAA has sound but it has no picture and the buttons don't work?

my tv has no picture has this God offel ringing sound comming from it when its on and when I have a dvd or somthing on it is very loud and I can not turn it down . Can you tell me what is wrong and how I can fix it? It is a samsung HCN5529WX/XAA flat screen floor model hd tv. if you could thank you. thanks Kevin
