NEED HELP! RCA d52w19b

I have had my RCA 52'' d52w19b tv for just over a year now, and I use it a lot. But today I moved it (re-arranged the room) and now it won't power up. It's plugged into an outlet that works, and there is batteries in the remote. I have hit "TV" on the remote, I have hit the power button on the remote, and I have hit the power button on the TV and NOTHING! Before I unplugged it, we were having a Thunderstorm, and I was vacuuming, it kicked the breaker. I put it back on and EVEYTHING else works, but not the TV. Any suggestions?
