No green or red on HD 1080 Can't Post
Help: I have a seven year old Mishubishi HD1080 and I have lost the RED and GREEN coloring. The picture only shows yellow, blue, brown, black, and white. Should I consider having it serviced and fixed OR should I consider purchasing a new TV.
Is this repair something that I could consider doing myslef? Please advise. Thanks!

Heather, You are one in a million who has same problem after 7 years. I have no idea how much it cost to replace those bulbs. Should you consider getting a new tv? of course! Only you can decide what's best for you. if you decide of same format, look for JVC offerings.
If you're skeptic of going to repair the unit. Have it professionally done at least. don't get any idea from nobody (especially in this forum) how the procedure takes place, otherwise you will become the issue.
I changed displays every year, and have never experience neither any individual I have read in this forum. If I were you! I insist a brand new. take care!
