hi, does anyone here have experience with these two tv's? I need some help deciding which one to buy. I like both but don't know which is a better choice, if someone could give me some advice I would appreciate it very much. thank you.

from the reviews, it seems like the 9UK has the better picture but lacks all the extras, I won't be needing a turner because I use a cable box and home theater system. it also comes with 5yr warranty promotion from panasonic.
Samsung HP-S4253
from the reviews, some said picture ghosting and picture clarity is not that great with non HD. I really like the slick design of the samsung and all the extras; speakers, tv tuner, 2 hdmi and other inputs but something tells me that the panasonic is a better quality display, just not as good looking.
please give some advice if you have any..thank you
