Problem with New HD DVR System

We just upgraded to an HD DVR and Direct installed a 5 LNB Oval Dish. It has been working OK. But yesterday, in a rain storm, we lost the signal from the satellite(Code 771) appeared. It has been out just over 24 hours. I called customer service and they said to do a soft reset (from the menu). Which locks up when it trys to accquire the guide data. I have since done a hard reset (the button next to the card slot and a full reboot (pulling the power and reseting) All with the same results. I think that either the dish has moved, there is a bad connection or the Reciever/DVR is bad. Any ideas, thanks. jsoco@verizon.net
