Screen tearing while playing games...	Can't Post

I get tons of it. All the time. Especially Fable 2 and Gears 2.

My question is. Bottom line, is it my TV or the game that's causing screen tearing? I really hope its the games, but at the same time, I have to know for sure.

if you're using a tube-based monitor, it's definitely the tv. Im not quite in contrast when you said: especially fable 2 and gears 2. so meaning, you have experienced it with any other games is just that more often of the 2. Either way!

I'm sorry that I didn't specify.

It's a Toshiba 40 inch 1080p LCD television.

I have had a few games that don't have tearing at all.
