Section of LED TV blinking

Panasonic TC-55AS530U has a long verical rectangle section that blinks. Blink is white or maybe blue but bright. Is very quick but is clear defined and about maybe 4 inches wide. It is only ocasional bue becoming more often. It is under warranty but I like to know alittle bit before I talk to them. Rest of picture seems fine.
