Sony Bravia Dlna Setup Without Internet (network only)

I have a sony bravia with just the lan connection, I have connected it directly to the router. Their is no internet connection in the house at all (except through tablets and cell phones) how/can I still use the dlna capabilities of these devices through the tv with just a network connection? Thank you for any help.
