Sony KV-36HS20 menu won't go away	Can't Post

The menu comes up all the time (80%). I have replaced the remote..nothing. When the menu comes up, I hit the menu button...,It goes away then comes right back on. Same thing happens when you use the menu button on the TV. Something needs to be replaced, thank you in advance!

if there is a menu button on the front of the tv it may be someone has cleaned the screen and the fluid has run down into the tact switches causing your problem.otherwise go into service menu, when you see TT... in the corner press 08.this is a factory default reset and clears glitches in the software.
