I have a Hewlett packard LC4776N Model # MX4716CO7h
it is not getting any sound. Called hewlett packard and the walked me through a bunch of stuff but there is still no sound. I was watching tv the sound was there and then it stopped. What could this be and can we fix it or do we have to have somebody fix it.
