The image comes from a source ( dvd player, cable box or sat box etc ).
You use another output from the source and connect it to a second tv .
You would have two sets of cables from the output of the source 1 to each set.
They proably will have to be different types of cables such the Samsung getting the hdmi or dvi and the 2nd set getting either component video cables, s-video or a single rca video cable or even a plain coax cable.
