TV PROBLEM (on-blinks once-no display-restarts)

just bought a toshiba 32d3000.
after a few hours of using it with my 360 with 720p it worked great. but the next day while i was using it with my 360
the image was somehow distorted, meaning i cannot see any lframes at all, just irregular angles of white lines.
after being distorted their will then be no display on the tv.
i then turned the tv off.
and when i tried turning on the tv again after a few minutes, i noticed that the tv will only flash once. and after that a blank screen then finally the tv would then restart. this goes again and again.
what should i do? is the tv permanently damaged? heelp :-[
