question abt viera tx26LMD70FA	Can't Post

my aunt recently purchased a viera abroad probably UK and sent it here in the Philippines and we had been having problems cause the TV has no NTSC system. We cant get any channels even local channels since we have cable. Is there a way maybe like firmware updates to make it have NTSC? been searching for guides but they were all in german..
