Hi i have a Samsung ua32h4100ar led, this set came in with a brooking screen at the same time i can see part of the screen, no buttons is working,no picture, and no sound but there is raster, i see some massage on screen i don't understand because is not complete, and when is on you cant put it off except you take off the power cord, this is strange to
if anyone has come across such please help
