LG 26" 2008 tv Problem	Can't Post

Hi,i have a 26"LG lcd tv that when i went to turn it on the light goes cycling from red (off) to blue (on) and does that continuously every second or so.It never turns on..anyone have any ideas? <br> <br>thanks <br>
