LG 47LA660V "FLASHING STANBY" ? Can't Post

Hi all, new to the forum. I have an Lg47LA660V, nearly 8 years old. The last few days it's struggled to turn on taking up to 10 Min. Screen black with LG LOGO STANBY flashing slowly on and off, until it manages to come on

Now it doesn't come on at all.
I've opened it up and all capacitors look ok, no bulges or leaks. (This is the first ever TV repair by the way. Learnt most things off Google last day or 2)
Checked the voltages coming out of the power board against the information table, the 3.5v both bottom 2 pins are ok in STANBY. When you press power and the he TV tries to turn on, the 12v and 12v pins are there but then current drops out...in sync with the flashing of STANBY light.
I guess it was power board, new ones arrived from eBay 11 pound, STILL THE SAME FAULT!! so I have taken the main board off and cooked it in the oven at 200c, for 12 min with a 20 min cool down and refitted. STILL THE SAME FAULT PERSISTS,
I'm guessing it's something gone on the main board, one is on order from eBay £35
has anyone got any help or advice

Thanks all
