I'll list in order of ease, presuming item can be found. List will be from most expensive but least 'trouble,' to Least expensive but Most 'trouble.' 1) Panel (I found foreign language datasheet pdf, but I didn't research replacement - WILL be most costly) 2) Carefully disassemble panel, confirm which strips are defective and get the nomenclature off the strips so you can research if just strips are available. JUST an example, NOT for your TV: http://www.shopjimmy.com/...2-strips-1-board.htm If you left click twice on their picture you should be able to make out some "nomenclature." 3) Note which individual LEDs are not lighting - remove a defective one and see if you can match any numbers or just plain closely match physical/electrical characteristics. Many are available, for example: http://www.mouser.com/...8WLUlAWlxySRgQ%3D%3D ------------------------- Location: Far, Far Away
