LG LCD LG_LD520 Screen Problems

Im hopeing someone could tell me what could be causeing my problem with my screen problems with the LG LCD. Its a grey screen with light lines and flashing. I attched a link to a video of how the TV is acting. I have unplugged all inputs and power from it. With the inputs unplugged the problem still accurs.
