LG screen flickers, eventually turns off with standby light back to solid red

Hi, Just today my LG TV started having issues. The backlight would flicker for a while and then the TV would shut off (the red light would remain solid after shutting off). I opened it up and checked the capacitors - all appear to be fine. I also redid all of the connections to make sure they were snug. I made this little video to explain my issue a bit better (sorry it's a low quality video - I was going closer to the TV to try and catch where the intermittent buzzing was coming from): https://youtu.be/Qj1jdWlr1Ew The TV stayed on the longest I've seen yet during this video. Other times it will shut down after 5-10 seconds. The model is LG 42LD520. Any ideas? A power board looks like it costs over $100. I don't have a fluke meter (I can obtain one if necessary). Any other basic troubleshooting steps I should follow? Think it's just a loose connection somewhere (somewhere I didn't look)? Thanks! Ryan
