I could probably return it, tried turning on and off, adjusting settings contrast and brightness etc, used a hdmi cable to connect to stuff like the xbox one to see if it would go but nothing...

as u can see from the picture the middle right and side theres a white circle.

RETURN IT !!!....

Behind the screen are rows of LEDs for backlighting the LEDs that are the pix...
On one of the LEDs that provide the backlight , the lens/diffuser has fallen off or became somehow dislodged..
This is NOT something that you can fix...
This TV has to be disassembled & a LED strip replaced or possibly reattach the lens...
RETURN IT !!!
